We love our building. Seriously. It is everything a historic building should be. It has housed a hotel, a theatre, another theatre, a millinery (a ladies hat store), and survived two fires. With everything we have done to the building, we have tried to stay true to the original architecture and make our concept adapt to the space, rather than make the space adapt to the concept. We have tried to incorporate our history in new ways – like our community table that we built from the old marquee, and the clipboards holding our menus which are made from the letters from the marquee. All of our signature cocktails are named after shows that played in the Capitol Ave Theatre, that was built here in 1904.
We hope the Ballroom continues the legacy of this being the gathering spot for Cheyenne, and the place that our community is built.

Want to love your job?
We look for people who have knowledge about classic cocktails and the craft of creating delicious drinks and food, or at the very least the desire to learn about them extensively! We do have a lengthy and thorough training program for our mixologists, and require that applicants for that position have some previous experience bartending. Applicants for Server and Cook positions don't need to have prior experience necessarily, but customer service experience is a must! We always have opportunities for superstars to advance and take on new roles within the company.
We work pretty hard around here, there's a lot to learn and a lot to get done everyday, so slackers need not apply! If you are excited about what we're doing here and want to join us, fill out our application to get started!
